The Portuguese subsidiary of KLINGER Group has acquired LiberAqua, a company specializing in water treatment.
The newly formed partnership further demonstrates both companies' commitment to providing innovative and sustainable solutions to address global water challenges. This strategic move strengthens KLINGER Portugal's presence in the rapidly-growing water segment, as it continues to expand its portfolio of products and services for stakeholders. The acquisition is effective from May 15, 2023, and the company will be integrated into KLINGER Portugal’s operations in a phased manner.
