Between August and October 2013, KLINGER has acquired Advantage Technical Services (based in Baton Rouge / USA) and Baars (based in Johannisburg / South Africa) to strengthen their Fluid Control supply position to regional industrial hubs.
While ATS is primarily supplying operators in the chemical and petro-chemical sector, Baars focuses on petro-chemical and mining applications. Both companies enjoy an excellent reputation in their respective market and will be a very valuable addition to the KLINGER Group of Independent Companies.
