Austrian-Chinese collaboration celebrated at National Day Event and Enterprise Roadshow

KLINGER Shanghai was invited to two ceremonies to celebrate the long-standing partnership by Consul General of the Republic of Austria in Shanghai.

A long-standing and fruitful partnership between Austria and China was celebrated in 2022 at two events in Shanghai. The National Day of the Republic of Austria reception, held on November 11th, was attended by representatives from both countries, including David Xiang, Managing Director of KLINGER Shanghai, and Jasmine Zhu, CFO. With its strong presence in China KLINGER Shanghai was proud to sponsor the National Day event held by Helmut Rakowitsch, Consul General of the Republic of Austria in Shanghai, and Christian Fuchssteiner, Commercial Consul, who co-chaired the event.

Platform for deepening China-Austria cooperation

The “European Star – Entering the Port” offers Austrian enterprises the opportunity to attend the visiting group roadshow exchange event in Shanghai, held on November 25^th. Jasmine was invited to participate in this event, which was jointly organized by the Consulate General of the Republic of Austria in Shanghai, the China Shipbuilding Industry Association, Zhangjiang Group, and the Investment Promotion Center of the New Portside Area.

Celebrating a long-standing partnership between Austria and China

Christian Fuchssteiner spoke about the long-standing business relationship between Austria and China and emphasized the importance of domestic business for international companies like KLINGER saying, “The business between Austria and China has grown significantly in recent years, and it is our pleasure to contribute to the expansion of bilateral trade relations.” The roadshow ended with a ceremony of exchanging gifts between guests and hosts, symbolizing the successful conclusion of the event and the foundation for future cooperation.
