Your tasks

Management and implementation of international digitization projects, from requirement definition to successful roll-out
Financial, resource and time planning and adherence thereof
Selection and qualification of employees for successful project implementation
Joint development of new project ideas as part of the Digi Taskforce
Preparation of project applications and feasibility studies with external partners
Identification of internal ambassadors and mobilization of stakeholders as part of the change process
Sparring partner and internal consultant on digitization issues for the group companies
Leadership of an employee in the context of project administration and Microsoft 365 services for the group companies
Initiator and consultant for existing digitization activities, such as in the area of eLearning

Your profile

University degree with a focus on IT, technology and/or business administration
Proven experience in project management
Distinct knowledge of agile working methods
Strength in leading and moderating teams
Excellent communication and moderation skills
Enjoying international teamwork and appreciative manners
Process-oriented and analytical thinking
Broad technical interest, experience in the industrial environment desired
Experience with ERP systems and system integration is an advantage
Knowledge of eCommerce systems and processes serves as a plus
High quality awareness paired with hands-on mentality
Excellent command of German and English
Willingness to travel to the extent of max. 10%
